Arrived within an hour of my panicked call and in rush hour…very impressive. Both Kayne and Clint were 100% professional and efficient. They just got on with the job at hand and reassured me that everything would be sorted out by the time I got home from work, which it was. New hot water cylinder, new plumbing…and no rubbish for me to get rid of. You wouldn’t even know that tradesmen had been here. Already out of pocket and the sink still blocked, I called Neuservice. Spoke to David on Saturday morning. Within 15 mins received a call from Mike and said he would be there at 12. As he was busy at another job,Kane arrived at 10.30. Had the pipes unblocked within the hour. Called David to thank him for a job well done and requested the invoice. He sent it to me via e-mail immediately and the cost for this outstanding service was surprisingly reasonable. Cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism. They are definitely my plumber of choice from now on and would like to recommend their service to others.”

These guys are so passionate about plumbing and are happy to explain details. All fixed, not cheap, but then when it comes to plumbing – you really do get what you pay for! The job was done within about 3 hours of first ringing them. It still drips a bit but he did say it might and explained further remedy which we could pursue.”

Karen And Mike says: “Sept 2006-Jan 2007 Karen and I had the use of Greg’s services through a company that we had employed to undergo extensive renovations and to build an extension to our property in Howick. Greg had kept my wife and I informed of what was happening and when he would be visiting to complete work etc. Greg’s communication and work ethic was fantastic and we came to appreciate pretty quickly that he really was a professional. Greg furthered his professionalism by suggesting where bath ware perhaps would project a more stylish bathroom as an example to name a few. He had even suggested we visit a Bathroom warehouse he recommended and to add ,we bought all our bath/toilet ware from the warehouse. Thank you Greg, whilst we did run into problems with our Building Contractor, you took away any apprehension we had with the work you had to do regarding our extensions and additions. However, I must also apologise to Greg, as I had forgotten to write about how pleased we were with your work. Once again, thank you Karen and Mike “

Iain says: “Greg did actually turn up 15 minutes late but was so apologetic we couldn’t mark him down for it . And in NZ, since when is 15 mins really late. My wife was there whilst Greg worked and felt that he was spot on with everything and was very happy with the what he did and the information he passed on. David says: “Very good service. Dave did a great job at fixing our presure problem. The call out fee was not mentioned before the job so that could have been better. He made sure the job was done properly and did not leave until it was fully working right and making the customer happy even if that meant re negotiating the quote. I have recomended this business to a friend and would use again.”

Rachel says: “David came straight away to fix hot water cylinder problem at our rental property, which was electrical in the end. He was easy to deal with, professional and trust worthy. Great customer service, as he then called the electrican to come and fix the problem. I’d use David and his team again if the need arises.”

He got to the bottom of the problem even though it was an issue he had only seen once before. I can not speak highly enough of this firm and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Oh, and they are nice guys as well!”
